- Legal & compliance Domain experience is mandatory
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach teams on Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles to improve maturity and performance
- Remove impediments and blockers, escalating when necessary
- Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure well-defined, prioritized backlogs
- Enable transparent delivery tracking using metrics such as velocity, burndown, cycle time, and predictability
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable outcomes
- Protect the team from external disruptions and scope creep
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and psychological safety
- Support Agile transformation initiatives at team and program levels
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and leadership
