About the Role

You will be responsible for monitoring enterprise networks and systems, identifying events, and reporting threats aimed at those systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security tools;
• Analyze incidents, and respond promptly to threats within SLAs;
• Document incidents;
• Coordinate with analysts, and adhere to security procedures and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Mandatory:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical education;

• Minimum 6 months experience in a Security Operations Center;

• Availability for 24/7 shifts;

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Nice to have:

• Certifications: Security+, CyberOps Associate, CySA+, or other relevant IT cybersecurity certifications;

• Cloud experience, ticketing system knowledge, proactive mindset.

Work Schedule:

Day Shift: 07:00-18:00; 08:00-19:00 (slightly flexible)

Night Shift: 19:00 – 06:00; 20:00-7:00 (slightly flexible)

Flex program once at 4 months: 2 weeks of flex schedule: 12:00-21:00; 1 hour lunch break.
