Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis and Modeling:

• Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
• Develop and maintain predictive models to enhance - customer segmentation and behavior
• Conduct thorough evaluations of model performance and implement optimization strategies as needed.
• Stay abreast of emerging methodologies and technologies to continuously improve predictive modeling techniques.

2. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

• Partner with data management and business intelligence teams to ensure alignment of data science initiatives with overall business goals.
• Provide support and insights to other departments leveraging data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or Master's in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience in data science and analytics, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
• Strong of, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques (preferably understanding machine learning algorithms).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python or R, and familiarity with data manipulation and analysis libraries.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
