MUST-HAVE Criteria (for every MUST criteria we need at least 3 years of experience)
- Solid knowledge of data analysis and prototyping with Python in Azure Databricks, including the use of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Practical experience in Big Data engineering with Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and Databricks SQL.
- Competence in feature engineering and model deployment using managed Databricks MLflow.
- Experience in developing and operating ML/LLM workloads on Azure Databricks (including Unity Catalog, MLflow, performance and cost optimization) → only 1 year of experience
- Experience with end-to-end integration within the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., API/interface design, orchestration with Azure Functions/Logic Apps).
- Experience in building MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for automated training, testing, deployment, and monitoring of ML/LLM models and agents.
- Model and data monitoring in operation (performance, data drift, bias) with tailored maintenance and update processes.
- Practical experience with AutoML tools to accelerate prototypes.

- Industry knowledge in the energy industry
