We’re a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) looking for a Network-Focused Pre-Sales Engineer to help us design, articulate, and deliver best-in-class network and infrastructure solutions for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as the technical lead in pre-sales engagements, with a strong focus on networking solutions
• Work closely with sales to understand customer requirements, challenges, and business goals
• Design and present network architectures (LAN, WAN, WLAN, security, cloud connectivity)
• Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, and solution presentations
• Create high-level designs, proposals, and scopes of work
• Support RFPs, tenders, and customer demos
• Stay up to date with vendor technologies, best practices, and industry trends

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in network engineering (enterprise or MSP environment)
• Proven pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consultancy experience
• Deep knowledge of technologies such as:
• Routing & Switching
• Firewalls & Network Security
• SD-WAN
• Wireless networking
• Experience with vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Meraki, Aruba, Juniper, or similar
• Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
• Confident communicator — comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
