Product Designer (On-site)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage team-level requirement elaboration and product design activities to support the delivery of products and services in regulated environments.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Agile Teams to translate program-level Features into executable User Stories in preparation for release and Program Increment (PI) planning.
• Translate complex business requirements and user needs into intuitive user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes, ensuring a strong and consistent user experience.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design concepts and ensure the Voice of the Customer is clearly reflected in delivered solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, SMEs, and Architects to ensure requirements, acceptance criteria, and design intent are clearly understood, prioritized, and delivered with quality.

What We Look For

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a business-related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or Product Management, with demonstrated experience acting as a Product Owner or Proxy-PO
• Proven expertise in user-centered design practices, interaction design, prototyping, and usability testing
• Strong proficiency with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD, and experience working within Agile and DevOps environments
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences and executable user stories
• Fluency in English
• Based in or able to work from Ankara, Türkiye.
