- Proven capability in IT budget management, investment planning, and resource optimization.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing IT teams within a matrix environment.
- Strong background in digital transformation, system integration, and change leadership.
- Experience in IT project and portfolio management, ensuring prioritization, governance, and delivery excellence.
- Ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders, supporting customer onboarding, solution design, and tender processes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
