About Our Client

Our client is an international organisation.

Job Description

  • Provide administrative support across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, changes, documentation).
  • Manage and update HR databases, personnel files, and employee records.
  • Assist with recruitment activities: posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews.
  • Support the preparation of employment contracts, letters, and HR reports.
  • Help coordinate internal trainings, events, and employee communications.
  • Be a first point of contact for employee queries.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and tools.

The Successful Applicant

  • A recent graduate or candidate with up to 2 years of HR/administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
  • Fluent in French and comfortable in English.
