About the Role

As a Software Developer you will work across the full technology stack — from modern frontend frameworks to backend services and cloud infrastructure. The role has a strong hands-on focus, where you will contribute throughout the full product lifecycle and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, high-quality solutions that make a real impact for our industrial customers.

This role can be based in either Björbo or Borlänge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications in Web environment
• Build, maintain, and improve Azure DevOps pipelines and CI/CD workflows
• Contribute to cloud-based solutions hosted in Azure
• Work closely with internal stakeholders for continuous improvement
• Take ownership of tasks across frontend, backend, and infrastructure as needed

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Developer who thrives in a collaborative environment but is also comfortable working independently. You take ownership of your work, tackle tasks hands-on across both frontend and backend, and focus on delivering value quickly. You are proactive, self-driven, curious, and embrace variety in your tasks.

Key qualifications include:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in software development with a focus on .NET and web applications
• Frontend skills in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (Tailwind is a plus)
• Experience developing C# .NET Web APIs
• Familiarity with Azure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working with SQL Server or similar relational databases
• Experience working in Agile development teams
• Background in developing solutions for industrial or technical customers
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbal
