POSITION: Intern, Information Technology

DEPARTMENT: Information Technology

REPORTS TO: Director, Technology & Cyber Security

TERM: February-April 2026

Position Summary

The Information Technology (IT) department services not just Canucks Sports & Entertainment but all Aquilini Group companies, making it a diverse IT portfolio. As an IT intern, you will experience firsthand how IT supports events. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects focused on sports and entertainment, hospitality, infrastructure, and IT client services.

Essential Duties & Responisbilities

(other duties may be assigned as required)

• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and basic account setup
• Provide first level support to employees on hardware and software issues
• Monitor inventory of computer equipment
• Support event‑day technology setup and troubleshooting
• Contribute to IT documentation
  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Post secondary degree or diploma in computer science (or working towards completion of)
• Excellent organizational & time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work events, including weekends and evenings as required
