Product Designer

A rare opportunity has opened for an experienced Product Designer to take full ownership of the visual and interactive experience of a complex, AI-powered product.

In this role, you will act as the key link between strategic vision and engineering execution, working closely with the Founder and Product Manager. You will translate abstract ideas and business goals into elegant, scalable interface solutions for a data-heavy, enterprise-grade environment — while maintaining a consumer-level aesthetic bar.

YOUR ROLE

• Own the product design process from early concepts to engineering handoff
• Translate strategic briefs and ambiguous problem statements into complete user flows
• Design complex information architectures for data-heavy workflows
• Define the full user experience, including edge cases, empty states, and error handling
• Maintain and evolve a scalable, modern design system in Figma
• Deliver high-fidelity prototypes and engineering-ready design specifications
• Design novel, AI-driven interfaces and workflows beyond traditional UI patterns
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ensure design intent is executed accurately

IF YOU ARE A PERSON WHO

• Has 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally in B2B SaaS or complex tools
• Brings a strong portfolio showing consumer-grade visual quality applied to functional interfaces
• Is highly proficient in Figma, including Auto Layout, Variables, and component architecture
• Understands frontend fundamentals (responsive layouts, CSS concepts, UI states)
• Is comfortable with prototyping complex interactions and workflows
• Thinks in systems and considers long-term product impact
• Thrives in a fast-moving, remote-first, high-autonomy environment
• Has experience in creative tech, DAM, or scaling design systems (a strong plus)
