Job Description:

SRG is looking for an experienced Application Developer to design, build, and deliver high-quality, cloud-based applications that support business and application requirements. This role involves working closely with backend and frontend development teams to deliver secure, responsive, and scalable web solutions within an agile DevSecOps environment.

The successful candidate will develop ASP.NET Core MVC applications using C#, .NET Core, and Razor Pages, and build cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining applications on Azure, implementing automation and CI/CD pipelines, building unit tests, and ensuring high standards of code quality, security by design, GDPR compliance, and accessibility in front-end delivery.

You will contribute to the full development lifecycle, including application maintenance, enhancements, functional requirement documentation, and technical specifications, while delivering quality solutions to strict timelines. The role also involves maintaining graphic standards and branding consistency, promoting usability best practices, and leveraging modern frameworks and libraries to enhance the customer experience.

As a senior contributor and subject-matter expert, you will collaborate across multiple teams, take ownership of technical decisions, guide team delivery, and provide solutions to complex problems. You will actively engage in key architectural and performance decisions that impact both your immediate team and wider stakeholders.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Azure Application Insights is required, with strong experience in Azure API Management highly recommended. The role also involves developing scalable applications using Azure services such as Azure Functions, App Service, Storage Accounts, and Azure DevOps, while implementing secure configurations using Azure Key Vault and optimizing application deployment and performance.
