Role Summary
You will be responsible for project management of our exciting products. You will act as the Scrum Master for the team but will also provide broader coverage as a project manager by managing RAID logs, budgets, stakeholders and overall deliverables as necessary.
Role Accountabilities
- Agile team coach and mentor.
- Liaise with Product Owner, stakeholders and Architect to ensure the roadmap has been committed to with correct level of planning with the team’s involvement.
- Ensure that all scrum events take place and facilitate them whilst ensuring that they are productive and timeboxed.
- Foster a collaborative environment for high-performing teams.
- Maintain and report on project status, RAID logs and budget.
- Manage external and internal dependencies.
- Ensure the team delivers to commitments - hold teams accountable for their work, remove impediments both external and internal to the team.
- Define the project’s roadmap and scope/schedule while balancing this with timely and regular value deliveries and organising and leading working groups and steer co meetings.
- Manage communications with stakeholders on timelines and deliverables.
- Following and implementing an effective project governance system.
- Promote team empowerment through team-building techniques
- Any additional duties as assigned.
Role Requirements
- Certified Scrum Master.
- Some experience acting as a Scrum Master.
- Previous experience in a broader role as an Agile Project manager and insurance experience.
- Experience working with distributed agile teams.
- Experience working with Agile project management tools like ADO, Jira.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively with different project stakeholders including technical and business teams.
- Degree-educated in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent industry.

- Passion for continuous improvement for self and the team as a whole.
- Desire and confidence to express own ideas and a willingness to engage in discussions.

- Flexible management approach depending on the needs of the particular project and client.
