UX/UI Engineer

We are seeking a UX/UI Prototyper to lead the design of interactive mockups and prototypes for the MissionOpsAI platform. This role will convert concept workflows into clickable visual assets that tell the product story.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user flows and UI mockups using X.
• Collaborate with product owner and full-stack developer to align on UX intent.
• Deliver clickable, client-ready prototypes to support acquirer pitches.
• Test and iterate UX based on stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure UI design aligns with FedRAMP and enterprise accessibility standards.
  
  

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience designing B2B or government SaaS interfaces.
• Strong skills in UX tools like X.
• Ability to prototype data-heavy dashboards and workflows.
• Understanding of design systems and accessibility principles.
• Comfortable working on short-term, high-impact innovation sprints.
• Experience working in agile environments.
  
  

Experience with the following Technologies:

• Design Tools: Figma (design & prototyping), Adobe Creative Suite
• Frontend Technologies: HTML5, Tailwind CSS, HTMX, Chart.js
• Data Visualization: Chart.js, dashboard design patterns
• Theming: Multi-theme systems (including professional, terminal, and enterprise themes)
• Accessibility: WCAG 2.1 compliance, Section 508, FedRAMP accessibility standards
