Role Overview

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer with understanding of AI to design, build, and ship real products.

This role sits at the intersection of full-stack software engineering, applied machine learning, and product execution. You will own end-to-end implementation of web and mobile systems that integrate and serve machine learning models, transform raw data into actionable insights, and embed AI-powered capabilities directly into business workflows.

This is not a pure MLOps role, not an ML research role, and not a traditional web developer role. The focus is on shipping production-grade products with ML-powered features that solve real business problems.

Your Role & Impact

• Design and build robust end-to-end systems for web and mobile applications, from front end to backend services and APIs.
• Integrate, serve, and monitor machine learning models within production software systems.
• Design and implement interactive dashboards and data visualizations that convert raw data and model outputs into clear, actionable insights.
• Embed ML-driven features directly into existing business workflows, improving daily operations and decision-making.
• Own implementation from system design through deployment and iteration, with a strong bias toward execution.
• Provide technical direction and full ownership of the implementation roadmap to solve critical business problems.
• Collaborate closely with product, data, and business teams to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and ship robust, production-ready end-to-end systems for web and mobile applications across frontend, backend, APIs, and data layers.
• Deploy and integrate ML models into live systems, including serving, inference, and performance monitoring.
• Develop analytics dashboards and internal tools that surface insights clearly to technical and non-technical users.
• Ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and maintainable in real-world environments.
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback and business needs.

Must Have Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong full-stack software engineering experience with proven production delivery.
• Frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Backend experience with Django (or equivalent frameworks).
• Mobile application development experience for iOS and/or Android (Objective-C, Kotlin, Java; Xcode, Android Studio).
• Solid understanding of how ML models are deployed, served, and monitored in production environments.
• Ability to translate business problems into practical, scalable technical solutions
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with high ownership.

Nice to Have Requirements

• Experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps (AWS, Azure, GCP; CI/CD; containers; IaC).
• Exposure to MLOps tooling, model monitoring, or inference optimization.
• Skilled in data processing, analysis, and visualization, including sparse datasets
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases and schema design.
• Familiarity with software testing practices (unit, integration, UAT).
