Junior Business Analyst

Qualifications & Profile

• 1–2 years of experience in Business Analysis across financial or banking environments.
• Strong knowledge of Static Data, Workflows, Confirmations, Settlements, SWIFT / message processing, Positions, Accounting, Corporate Actions, Filters, Reporting Frameworks, and Reconciliation functionalities.
• Solid understanding of financial instruments including FX, Money Market, and cash products, along with the full trade lifecycle.
• Hands‑on experience in regulatory reporting (e.g., HRF, NORIA, MMSR).
• Familiarity with Back Office systems and system-to-system interfaces.
• Proficient in requirements lifecycle management, including planning, monitoring, analysis, and design definition.
• Proven experience acting as a liaison between onshore business teams and offshore technical teams and providing primary functional support to development teams.
• Knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques and exposure to software development methodologies, particularly Agile.

Functional Skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Static Data, Workflows, Confirmations, Settlements, SWIFT messages, Positions, Accounting, Corporate Actions, Filters, Reporting Frameworks, and Reconciliation processes.
• Strong understanding of FX, Money Market, and cash instruments and their respective trade lifecycles.
