Role: ML Engineer
Location: Remote (Poland)
Type: Contract
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for production environments
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to translate business problems into ML solutions
- Build and maintain data pipelines for training, validation, and inference
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability
- Implement model monitoring, versioning, and retraining strategies
- Conduct experiments, evaluate models, and iterate based on results
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Stay up to date with advancements in machine learning and AI technologies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong experience with Python and ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods
- Experience with data processing tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SQL)
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices (version control, testing, CI/CD)
- Experience deploying models in production (APIs, microservices, or batch systems)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, etc.)
- Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Kafka)
- Experience with deep learning, NLP, or computer vision
- Understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
