We’re supporting a global medical device company operating in over 80 countries in their search for an HR Specialist / HR Generalist to join their Berlin-based team.

This organization is a leader in radiation therapy solutions, developing innovative products that directly support cancer treatment worldwide. This is a great opportunity to join a purpose-driven, international business where HR plays a key role in supporting growth, quality, and people development.

You’ll support the full employee lifecycle and play a hands-on role across recruitment, HR operations, and development initiatives, including:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple legal entities
• Supporting onboarding, promotions, salary changes, payroll coordination, and offboarding
• Managing talent development and training activities
• Maintaining personnel files and HR master data
• Working closely with the Works Council
• Continuously improving HR processes and documentation
• Supporting annual medical device quality audits

👤 Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration (HR focus) or comparable qualification
• Minimum 2 years’ HR experience, particularly in recruitment
• Solid knowledge of German labor law and works constitution law
• C1 minimum German and English skills
