VP, Cyber Risk & Governance

We are looking for a senior cybersecurity professional to lead enterprise-wide cyber risk and governance initiatives. This role works closely with IT, business, and risk teams to strengthen security posture, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and improve cybersecurity governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Manage audits, regulatory reviews, and risk assessments.
• Provide guidance on emerging technology risks, including cloud, AI, and APIs.
• Drive risk monitoring, reporting, and analytics to inform leadership decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders to embed consistent cyber risk management practices across the organization.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, or information security governance.
• Deep understanding of governance frameworks, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong technical knowledge in IAM, cloud security, third-party risk, and incident response.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
