QA and Delivery Lead

Location: Poland (Remote) | Type: B2B, Full-time

I'm currently looking for an experienced QA & Delivery Lead Engineer ready to take on new challenges in their career!

My client is building the new operating system (O/S) for global finance. The company is growing fast, with $400B on the platform in 2025 and $1T in 2026. They are building "unified ledgers" with massive infrastructure (currently 20 million transactions per day, ready to scale up to 50 million). If you are looking for a challenging, greenfield/sandbox environment and working alongside experienced software engineers, this might be a role for you!

QA & Delivery Lead - Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve QA processes across engineering teams;
• Design and execute test strategies for backend, blockchain, and system-level components;
• Own automation pipelines and quality metrics;
• Manage release readiness, coordination, and stakeholder alignment;
• Mentor QA engineers and drive continuous improvement.

QA & Delivery Lead - Requirements:

• 5+ years in software QA/testing, including 2+ in leadership roles;
• Strong experience testing distributed systems, backend services, and APIs;
• CI/CD, automation frameworks, and delivery ownership;
• Experience in blockchain or fintech is a major plus;
• Fluent or Professional level of English.

Techstack: Go/Java, CI/CD, automation, documentation, automation, API/integration testing, backend testing, test case creation, distributed systems

Contract - Details:

B2B (no VAT, international invoice) + paid holidays

100% remote role

Up to 120K USD/year
