I am looking for a Project Manager whose main responsibilities will be:

Preparing the project for implementation and passing gate 2/3 with the planning, scope, governance, etc.

Once gate 2/3 is passed, ensuring the successful execution of the project:

Resource management and capacity planning

Vendor and budget management

Schedule and risk management
