Job Description

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for agile teams.
• Support the team in identifying and removing any impediments to progress.
• Ensure effective collaboration between team members and stakeholders.
• Promote agile practices and principles within the organisation.
• Monitor and track the progress of sprints and ensure deliverables are met on time.
• Assist in the prioritisation and management of the product backlog.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members on agile methodologies.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Scrum Master Should Have

• Proven experience in agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong understanding of technology processes and frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
