Project Coordinator - Manufacturing

A Project Coordinator specializing in multi-factory operations and reporting to the CEO - Manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities:

🎯 Ensure that daily actions and milestones at various factories work together as a synchronized delivery engine.

🎯 Coordinate site activities for both internal teams and external resources.

🎯 Prepare comprehensive project dashboards and status reports for senior management.

🎯 Maintain a centralized repository of data.

🎯 Act as the primary communication bridge between factory site supervisors, external vendors, and high-level stakeholders (e.g., Managing Directors or C-suite).

Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

✅ Proven ability to manage multiple projects or sites simultaneously while maintaining a focus on long-term organizational goals.

✅ 7+ years of relevant experience for senior-level coordination involving multiple sites and executive reporting.

✅ Experience working with the Government Authorities.
