About The Role

You'll guide them in applying innovative solutions to overcome challenges and achieve their business goals. Requirements

• Act as a technical mentor for customers, both onsite and remotely, guiding them through the implementation, configuration, and upkeep of NGINX core products—whether working solo or as part of a team
• Take the lead on projects focusing on system architecture, solution design, deployment, testing, identifying issues, troubleshooting, and thorough documentation
• Stay current with F5 products and technologies through both self-driven learning and formal training opportunities
• Join a dynamic technical team and collaborate closely with other departments, including Support, Product Sales, and Professional Services Sales
