Role Overview
As the Talent Acquisition & HR Strategy Intern, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of FlowerWork by helping us attract, onboard, and engage top-tier talent. Working closely with the leadership team, you will lead recruitment efforts, refine HR processes, and contribute to building a vibrant and inclusive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Draft and publish compelling internship and job postings on LinkedIn, university job boards, and other platforms.
- Candidate Management: Screen applications, shortlist potential candidates, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Onboarding Excellence: Support the seamless onboarding of new interns, fostering a welcoming and productive environment.
- HR Process Improvement: Assist in refining HR workflows, including employee engagement and feedback mechanisms.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with leadership to understand staffing needs and design recruitment strategies.
- Employer Branding: Enhance our employer branding through creative and effective internal and external communication.
