What you will do

• Lead a large-scale transformation upgrading system design methods and engineering toolchains
• Own program governance: scope, budget, timeline, quality, and risk management
• Drive deployment of new methods, tools, and IS/IT services across global teams
• Coordinate internal engineering, IS/IT, and external suppliers during transition phases
• Manage migration, customization, and phase-out of legacy methods and tooling
• Ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and decision paths across the program
• Provide structured status reporting and represent the program to senior leadership
• Identify dependencies, constraints, and licensing needs during requirements analysis
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and process optimization

What you bring

• Extensive experience leading complex programs in software-intensive environments
• Strong background in software engineering, system architecture, or design modeling
• Proven ability to manage global, cross-functional stakeholder landscapes
• Solid experience with requirements management and enterprise tooling ecosystems
• Confidence working with senior leadership and external partners
• Strong analytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities
• Fluency in English and Swedish
