About the Position
We are looking for an IT Marketing Specialist to join our software company operating in banking and financial technology projects in Luxembourg.
This role focuses on developing marketing strategies for our technology products and services, strengthening our brand presence among banks and financial institutions, and supporting new business opportunities.


Roles and Responsibilities
Develop marketing strategies for IT and banking technology products
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, email, etc.)
Prepare corporate presentations, product documentation, and sales materials
Conduct market research in banking and fintech sectors
Work closely with sales and business development teams
Organize events, conferences, and industry-related activities
Support CRM and lead management processes
Manage brand positioning and corporate communication activities
Coordinate website and content management
Oversee digital content and communication strategies


Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, or related fields
Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT, software, fintech, or B2B technology marketing
Knowledge of digital marketing and performance advertising
Basic understanding of banking and financial technologies
Strong skills in corporate communication and presentation preparation
Analytical mindset with reporting capabilities
Fluent in English (French/German is a plus)
Residing in Luxembourg or holding a valid work permit


Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B SaaS or software companies
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce
Previous campaign management experience in the financial sector
Knowledge of UX/UI, product marketing, or growth marketing
Experience in producing multilingual marketing content
