Role

As a Full-Stack Software Developer, you will work closely with our Development Team to build and maintain our blockchain-based financial platform. You will be responsible for developing new features, maintaining core systems, troubleshooting issues, and optimising performance across our stack. You will also collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure our products are intuitive, reliable, and production-ready.

This role puts you at the centre of how regulated finance moves on-chain. You will design, build, and scale production-grade Web3 financial systems for institutional investors, leveraging modern cloud and blockchain infrastructure. If you enjoy solving hard problems at the intersection of Web3, cloud engineering, and regulated capital markets, this role offers real ownership and real impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain containerised micro-services deployed on Kubernetes
• Integrate with Web3 infrastructure services and blockchain networks
• Develop and maintain APIs supporting core financial applications
• Write clean, scalable, and secure code using JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Go, or Dart
• Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform on AWS and Azure
• Develop and implement DevOps, CI/CD and testing strategies
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise systems to ensure reliability and performance
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive user experiences
• Develop front-end applications using React Native or Flutter
• Continuously learn and stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements

• Experience as a Software Developer, preferably in Fintech, Web3, or regulated environments
• Strong understanding of web development and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Next.js, NestJS, or Angular
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies, EVM chains, and smart contracts
• Experience building backend systems using Node.js, Python, or Go
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience designing and working with APIs and distributed systems
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
• Experience working in Linux environments and using Git for version control
• Good understanding of Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
