Senior UX/UI Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to support a complex, multi-module Purchase-to-Pay (PtP) program. The role involves end-to-end UX research and high-quality UI design, working closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to deliver consistent, accessible, and user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality UI designs in Figma, aligned with Customer design systems and accessibility standards.
• Conduct the full breadth of UX research, including:
• Requirements gathering
• User interviews
• Accessibility and heuristic audits
• Usability testing
• Data synthesis
• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience across multiple PtP program modules.
• Translate research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI assets.
• Ensure consistency and usability across all modules through design governance and iteration.
• Utilize Figma Make and AI-driven design tools to improve design efficiency, prototyping, and testing workflows.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience (4–5 years) in UX/UI design for complex, multi-module applications.
• Advanced Figma skills for prototyping and design system application.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and their use in UX/UI workflows.
• Strong background in qualitative and quantitative UX research methods.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet delivery timelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
