Software Engineer

C++ SOFTWARE ENGINEER – WEST FLANDERS (Hybrid) – 12 MONTHS+

My client, based in West Flanders, are currently searching for an experienced FREELANCE C++ Software Engineer to work on development of their new product line related to medical devices.

Responsibilities:

• Design and programming of new features based on requirements received from technical sales team
• Integrate and testing of new software collaborating with cross-functional teams for V&V and hardware
• Daily stand-ups to track progress and ensure timeframes are met
• Independent working and problem solving

Experience:

• Strong knowledge of C++
• Experience working on Linux OS
• Good knowledge of Python for unit-testing
• Any experience with embedded systems or firmware is a bonus
• Any experience working with medical devices is a bonus
• Fluent English language, Dutch / Flemish would be a bonus

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 12 MONTHS+

Location: WEST FLANDERS (1 day on-site per week)
