Role Description

This is a full-time, Remote for an Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant located in Doha, Qatar. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle HCM modules. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring Oracle HCM solutions, providing technical and functional support, and collaborating with teams to improve business processes and system functionalities. Additionally, the consultant will deliver training and ensure alignment between the Oracle HCM platform and organizational objectives.

Experience Required :

• Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant – 60% Functional + 40% Technical 5-6 years
• At least 5+ years Good Support Experience in Absence, Payroll and OTL Modules for Middle East Region.
• Good in debugging and write new Fast Formulas as required.
• Have exposure working with PaaS VBCS and OIC consultants.
• Having experience of ICP related issues.
• Approval & Security Configuration and Debugging.
• Good to have Redwood Fusion Experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and evaluating complex scenarios
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and teams
• In-depth understanding of Business Processes and demonstrated expertise in Consulting
• Knowledge of Finance principles as they pertain to Oracle HCM implementations
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Systems, Business Administration, or Human Resource Management
• Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud or related ERP solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and cross-functional environment
• Experience working within the Middle East region is a plus
