Remuneration: €180,000-€200,000 + Bonus + Equity

Finatal is retained by a Tier 1 PE-backed Services group (c. €85M revenue) seeking a strategic, high-impact Group CFO to fuel its next growth phase. This is a rare opportunity to shape financial strategy, lead major transactions, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finance Transformation – Lead the digitalisation, automation, embedding AI, and advanced analytics to enable real-time, forward-looking insights. Upskill a best-in-class FP&A function that delivers scalability, adaptivity, process simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement across the finance function.
• Sector Acumen - Lead finance strategy within a professional services business model. Champion robust client finance management to support client-facing functions, enabling profitable growth, bringing commercial insight, and capital allocation decisions that maximize EBITDA and cash generation.
• Leadership & Change Management - Serve as a visible change leader. Shape a modern, agile finance organisation by integrating legacy teams, upgrading talent, and leveraging offshore capability; partner closely with the CEO.
• Private Equity Experience - Manage relationships with PE owners and investors with credibility and influence. Understand and enable value creation levers and prepare a finance function for exit. Align and execute capital strategies to achieve growth objectives and shareholder expectations.
• International Complexity - Oversee multi-jurisdictional finance operations, ensuring compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and local statutory requirements. Manage offshore and outsourced operations to maximize efficiency and scalability, navigate treasury, tax, and risk exposures in a global business environment.

Key Requirements:

• Sector Expertise: Experience in B2B Professional Space
• CPA OR RA Qualified, Accounting Qualified
• Private Equity Track Record: Proven success in Private Equity-backed environments, including participation in exits and strategic transactions.
• Language: Fluent in English and Dutch
