Senior Project Manager – Salesforce

Contract: 12 months

Rate: Up to €95 per hour (based on a 40-hour working week)

Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite in Amsterdam

Digital Skills are working with a superb client, a technology business with a global presence is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong Salesforce experience to join its Commercial Tooling team. The team is currently delivering a large-scale digital transformation programme, migrating its internal CRM to Salesforce. This role will play a key part in governing, planning, and delivering this transformation across multiple business units and stakeholders.

You will work closely with Commercial Operations, central functions, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered consistently, on time, and aligned to business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and govern complex, cross-functional projects with global impact, applying structured project and change management methodologies to drive successful delivery.
• Scope and plan projects by defining objectives, KPIs, roadmaps, milestones, and key deliverables to ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Partner closely with Commercial Operations and central teams to facilitate collaboration between business units and technical delivery teams.
• Track, manage, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure progress against agreed milestones.
• Produce and maintain clear project documentation, plans, and progress reports in collaboration with involved departments.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering large-scale, cross-functional digital transformation programmes.
• Strong experience working with Salesforce, ideally within CRM migration or implementation projects.
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments with minimal supervision.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, both one-to-one and in small to medium-sized groups.
• Data-driven decision-maker, able to use both qualitative and quantitative insights to guide delivery.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to long-term vision while driving near-term execution.
• Experience working with external vendors and third-party partners.
