Business Analyst ERP / Junior Project Manager

Sigma Suisse is looking for an ERP Business Analyst / Junior Project Manager based in Lausanne. Our client is a fast-growing start-up in the manufacture of medical equipment.

Job description:

• Provide technical and functional support to key users.
• Organize training sessions for end-users and new recruits on ERP functionalities.
• Create and maintain technical documents: specifications, user guides, policies and training materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement new ERP modules (finance, supply chain, HR).
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize the system.
• Work with departments to understand and meet their ERP needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills to minimize business disruption.
• Analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Comfortable leading discussions and assertive interactions.
• Fluency in English, with a preference for French as a complement.

Background and Education :

• IT degree
• 2 years experience
• Knowledge of Crystal Report, or a BI tool
