How You Will Make an Impact:


  • Develop and evolve mission-critical customer-facing and internal web applications built with React, TypeScript, and a Microfrontend Architecture
  • Implement modular, maintainable, and scalable UI components within an enterprise design framework
  • Collaborate closely with backend, product, architecture, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end functionality in a complex banking environment
  • Integrate frontend modules with REST APIs, ensuring robustness, security, and high performance
  • Support the ongoing modernization and migration activities while ensuring continuity of high-priority delivery streams
  • Contribute to UI development for several internal operational tools used across the bank
  • Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement of front-end engineering practices


Our Tech Stack


  • Frontend: React, TypeScript, Webpack, Microfrontends
  • Testing: Playwright, Jest, Testing Library
  • APIs: REST, GraphQL
  • DevOps: GitLab, CI/CD pipelines
  • Other: Enterprise UI framework, distributed backend services


What Makes You a Great Fit:


  • Proven hands-on experience developing modern front-end applications with React and TypeScript
  • Solid understanding and practical use of Microfrontend Architectures
  • Strong knowledge of state management, component patterns, and scalable UI design
  • Experience integrating with distributed backend APIs (REST / GraphQL)
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools and principles, especially browser-level testing
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and delivering solutions in an iterative, collaborative environment
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work productively with PanBaltic stakeholders
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level

  • Backend development experience (Java, Ruby on Rails)
  • Work with enterprise design systems or large-scale UI frameworks
  • Understanding of CI/CD, containerized environments, or cloud‑native tooling
  • Prior experience in regulated or complex operational domains
