Associate Product Manager

🌟 The Opportunity My client is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Associate Product Manager to join the marketing team on a two‑year contract. This role supports the launch and adoption of a groundbreaking continuous glucose monitoring solution, helping people living with diabetes across the UK access cutting‑edge technology to better manage their condition.

Working closely with Product Managers, you’ll play a key role in delivering product management responsibilities across the portfolio. You’ll contribute to marketing strategy, support campaign execution, and help drive impactful initiatives aligned with wider business goals.

This position is based at the UK head office in West Sussex, with on‑site attendance agreed with your line manager.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Support Product Managers with day‑to‑day product marketing activities
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactical plans
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, conferences, and trade show activities, analysing performance and recommending improvements
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, especially commercial and marketing teams
• Take ownership of assigned product management responsibilities
• Develop expertise as the subject matter specialist for your product area

• A degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences is desirable but not essential
• Dynamic, proactive, and adaptable, with strong organisational skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communicator who thrives in cross‑functional environments
• Problem‑solver with a passion for delivering high‑quality work
