Duration: 2 years

Location: Hybrid from Katowice (3 days per week, prefferably Mondays, Tuesday and Thursday)

Project overview:

Work on a software product to configure and program PLC (industry controllers) and devices. This is a web development project using Angular, HTML/CSS, Typescript, and Kotlin (or JAVA, C#).

C++ experience is a plus. Solid object oriented design knowledge and experience.

Recruitment process

2-stage recruitment process:

• Meeting with the manager
• Face-to-face meeting at the office in Katowice

In urgent cases, a remote meeting is possible

Responsibilities:

· Proven experience as a Scrum Master in agile teams

· Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks

· Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

· Experience working with cross-functional teams

· Good command of English (spoken and written)
