Qualifications

• Graduated from a relevant department of a university offering a 4-year degree,
• At least 6 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or a similar HR position,
• Proficient in MS Office applications with strong reporting and analytical skills,
• Advanced level of English proficiency,
• Well-developed presentation, reporting, organization, planning, and follow-up skills,
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach,
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive, and disciplined in work practices.

Job Description

• Developing the company’s recruitment strategy and managing all end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for open positions,
• Acting as an HR Business Partner for business units and providing support to managers on related matters,
• Accurately analyzing the needs of business units and implementing appropriate HR solutions,
• Providing consultancy and support to managers and employees regarding HR processes,
• Managing system-related activities within the scope of the Performance Management System and collaborating with other functions in management by objectives,
• Supporting the development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of Career Management processes,
• Tracking HR KPIs and preparing regular HR reports,
• Conducting or supporting employee engagement, motivation, and corporate culture initiatives,
• Conducting exit interviews, analyzing results, and preparing reports,
• Managing, reporting, and improving HR operational processes.
