Business Analyst- GenAI

ABOUT YOU
You are a collaborative and proactive Business Analyst who enjoys working closely with users to understand their needs and translate product vision into clear, actionable outcomes. You thrive in dynamic and technically complex environments and bring structure, clarity, and strong communication to everything you do.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

• Engage with users to gather feedback, observe workflows, and identify pain points

• Translate insights into clear requirements, feature requests, and improvement proposals

• Support product delivery by maintaining a structured backlog and well-defined acceptance criteria

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and contribute to effective team collaboration

• Enable adoption through demos, onboarding, training, and user support

AN IDEAL PROFILE WOULD BE

• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with users and stakeholders

• Experience with AI and GenAI products in complex or technical environments

• Background in UX, product discovery, or user research

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum ways of working and facilitation of rituals

• Enjoys close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and end users

• Ability to produce lightweight documentation, tutorials, or internal marketing content
