What you'll do:

• Support the Product Owner in effective product backlog management and value-driven prioritization;
• Ensure proper understanding of product planning within the given environment;
• Identify and proactively remove technical, organizational, and people-related impediments;
• Act as an internal Agile coach, enabling teams to become fully agile and self-organized;
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile practices;
• Promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices within the team;

Who you are:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead;
• Scrum Master certification;
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban);
• Experience with Agile estimating and planning;
• Strong knowledge of Scrum ceremonies and artifacts;
• Knowledge of Agile software engineering practices (automated testing, CI/CD, TDD);
• Understanding of Agile metrics (velocity vs productivity);
• Experience with Jira and Confluence;
• Experience in software development (valued);
• Knowledge of Software Craftsmanship practices;
• Strong communication, analysis, and listening skills;
• Strong team spirit, proactivity, autonomy, openness, and willingness to learn;
• Fluent in English;
