What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor degree in IT or similar


• +5 years of experience with Java (version 8+) and frameworks like Spring/Spring Boot


• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems, namely Apache Kafka, for asynchronous communication and data streaming.


• Experience with Front-End frameworks or libraries, such as React or Angular is valued


• Good knowledge in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.


• Hands-on experience with multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization.


• Proficiency with relational databases, including setup, tuning, and complex SQL queries.


• Hands-on experience with API development and systems integration


• Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization tools (e.g. Docker)


• Good English level is required


• Good French level is valued


• Familiarity with agile methodologies:


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Good communication and collaboration abilities in a hybrid work environment (3 days per week in office).
