Junior Business Analyst

Work with all levels of the business (functional, operational, and technical) to define, document and co-ordinate the implementation of process and system changes. 

Proactively identify solutions that meet business needs, are fit for purpose, and represent value for money.  

Coordinate workshops with a broad range of internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to elicit, define and prioritise detailed business, functional and non-functional requirements. 

Record, track and follow up on open Actions, escalating where necessary to the Programme Manager. 

Assist in RAID log creation and maintenance (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) 

Contribute to the implementation of AI and Automated solutions that address specific business needs and represent good value for money 

Work alongside cross-functional and technical teams to drive project success and deliver measurable outcomes 

Supports the Programme Manager in the delivery of the programme, ensuring transparency of progress, risks, and dependencies.
