About the Role

We are seeking a Financial Controller to join our Finance team in Türkiye. This role is pivotal in strengthening financial governance and enabling data-driven decision-making across the local business, ensuring full alignment with Group controlling principles, reporting standards, and the level of excellence expected in a luxury retail environment.

The position requires strong analytical capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to translate financial performance into clear, actionable insights. The successful candidate will partner closely with retail, operations, and Headquarters stakeholders, thriving in an international, matrix-based organization and contributing to continuous improvement in reporting, processes, and controls.


Key Accountabilities

  • Lead month-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with Group guidelines.
  • Analyze actual vs. budget/forecast results, investigate variances, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles (Budget and Revised Forecasts).
  • Ensure full compliance with Group controlling standards, internal policies, and local statutory requirements.
  • Serve as a finance business partner to retail, operations, and HQ teams, supporting decision-making and performance management.
  • Drive continuous improvements through process optimization, automation initiatives, and reporting enhancements.
  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis and support strategic finance projects based on management priorities.


Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proven knowledge of controlling, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills; hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage).
  • Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, hands-on attitude; effective in an international, matrix-based organization.


Required Experience

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally including an audit background.
  • Experience in retail, FMCG, luxury, and/or multinational organizations is a strong advantage.
