- Strong experience in ML engineering and GenAI (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering)
- Hands-on experience with multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade AI solutions
- Strong experience in building AI services using Python (FastAPI preferred)
- Experience deploying AI workloads using serverless architectures
- Experience with APIs, vector databases, MLOps, and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate closely with stakeholders
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to lead AI solution development
- Collaborative and comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and review technical work
- Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach
