Job Description

Risk Data & Reporting Transformation


  • Contribute to the modernisation of risk data management and reporting frameworks
  • Support the implementation of regulatory reporting standards and ITS across risk domains
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, reconciliation, and traceability across multiple datasets
  • Address data quality issues related to statistical and risk reporting (including credit data)
  • Foster convergence between risk, statistical, and financial reporting processes
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, Compliance, and Operations teams
  • Promote shared data governance standards and integrated risk data architecture


Technology & Automation in Risk


  • Act as a technical reference for data and reporting automation within Risk Management
  • Strengthen data aggregation and reporting processes aligned with BCBS 239 principles
  • Improve data lineage, mapping, and control frameworks
  • Develop dashboards, tools, and scripts using VBA, Python, SQL or similar technologies
  • Identify and automate recurring reporting and data management processes


Outsourcing Risk Oversight


  • Support and maintain the outsourcing risk management framework
  • Monitor and update outsourcing risk registers and reporting
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and branches on outsourced activities
  • Ensure documentation consistency, proportionality, and ongoing risk monitoring
  • Serve as a key contact point for audits and regulatory reviews


Internal Projects


  • Participate in data-driven initiatives aimed at improving risk monitoring, controls, and reporting efficiency


The Successful Applicant


  • Master's degree in Data Science, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
  • Up to 3 years of experience in data processing, reporting, or analytics (graduates welcome)
  • Strong analytical mindset with an interest in risk and regulatory topics
  • Ability to work across departments and contribute to change initiatives
  • Solid knowledge of VBA, Python, SQL, Access or similar tools
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is considered an advantage
  • Collaborative, structured, and solution-oriented team player
