Data Engineer

We’re looking for a Data Engineer to help us take our data infrastructure to the next level.

You’ll work hands-on with our data lake environment, improving its structure, scalability, and reliability, and ensuring that data across the company becomes a trusted and valuable asset.

This is a high-impact, ownership-driven role where you’ll collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to design data flows, automate processes, and support smarter decision-making.

In This Position You Will

• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and delivery
• Work with our existing data lake house - improving structure, quality, and accessibility
• Integrate data from multiple internal and external systems into unified, usable datasets
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and lineage across environments
• Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and other specialists to deliver reliable, analytics-ready data
• Automate workflows and improve monitoring for better performance and transparency
• Contribute to data architecture decisions, tooling choices, and process improvements
  
  

We Expect That You Have

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar data-focused role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience with data lakes (e.g., Azure Synapse Analytics)
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT orchestration tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory)
• Understanding of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with incomplete or unstructured data
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English (C1–C2 level)
  
  

Nice to have:

• Experience with data governance, security, or access control
• Familiarity with real-time data streaming (Kafka, Pub/Sub, etc.)
• Interest in automation, ML pipelines, or AI-based data workflows
