Project Manager

Role: Project Manager- Healthcare or MedTech

Location in Poland - Krakow

Hybrid 3 days office and 2 days WFH works

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology (Mechanical, Production, Biomedical, etc.)

Preferred: Master’s or MBA, PMP/PgMP/Scrum Master/Six Sigma certifications.

Experience with tools like CAD, CAE, PLM, Jira, MS Project, and exposure to Generative AI and automation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

10+ years in engineering services, with 5+ years in a Project Manager role.

Proven track record managing large-scale programs ($5M+, 100+ team members).

Strong leadership, strategic planning, and client engagement skills.

Experience in Healthcare or MedTech projects .

Responsibilities

Lead cost optimization initiatives across supply chain and procurement functions, ensuring measurable savings.

Coordinate cross‑functional teams to drive efficiency in sourcing, vendor management, and logistics.

Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and report outcomes to senior stakeholders.

Implement process improvements that enhance operational performance and reduce procurement risks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence across global teams.

Proven experience in supply chain or procurement projects, preferably in cost optimization.

Analytical and problem‑solving ability to identify savings opportunities and mitigate risks.

Project management expertise with knowledge of tools, methodologies, and structured execution.
