🚀 Senior IT Project Manager – RBQM Clinical Platform

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead delivery of our innovative Risk‑Based Quality Management (RBQM) Clinical Platform, helping life sciences organisations improve quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance across global studies.

🔍 The Role

You’ll own end‑to‑end delivery of complex IT projects—managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk—while leading global, cross‑functional teams in a regulated (GxP) environment. Acting as the primary client contact, you’ll drive strong stakeholder engagement, financial performance, and high‑quality outcomes.

✅ What You’ll Do

• Deliver IT projects to agreed time, scope, cost, and quality
• Lead global, matrix project teams and senior stakeholders
• Own project planning, resourcing, budgeting, and change control
• Ensure compliance with GxP, ITQC, SOPs, and regulatory standards
• Proactively manage risks and report to Steering Committees
• Support adoption of Agile ways of working and product mindset

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years IT project experience (clinical, infrastructure, cyber, or enterprise IT)
• 2+ years full project management accountability
• Experience delivering projects in life sciences / regulated environments
• Strong financial, stakeholder, and risk management skills
• Confident communicator able to operate in global, virtual teams

• Project Management / Agile certifications
• Global project delivery experience
• Clinical trial or RBQM platform exposure
