In Switzerland, we work with 300 experts who support our customers on their various projects in the French- and German-speaking parts. We help our customers to diversify and to grow through the work of our consultants and the technical expertise of our Solution & Project Delivery Department.

To strengthen our team in the German part of Switzerland, we are looking for a Construction/ Project Manager EN (M/F/X) to start as soon as possible.

ABOUT THE JOB:

The Construction/Project Manager will support small CAPEX engineering projects (typically 500 kCHF) on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate small CAPEX engineering projects from initiation through execution and close-out
• Provide day-to-day project and/or construction management support for engineering activities
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Plan, schedule, and track project activities and deliverables
• Provide on-site oversight of execution activities with focus on safety, quality, cost, and schedule
• Proactively identify risks and issues, propose mitigation actions, and escalate appropriately
• Prepare and deliver structured progress updates, including status, risks, issues, and next steps
• Coordinate projects and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately
• Compile project status reports, coordinate project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifiy and resolves technical problems.
• Identify and analyze systems requirements and define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or scientific discipline
• Fluent English language skills
• 5 -7 years of experience in a similar project management role
• Previous demonstrated experience in a Project or Construction Management role
• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech enviroment with a firm understanding of GMP requirements

This is an on-site role.
