Junior People Operations Specialist

The People department resolves all matters connected to the employee life cycle, from onboarding to off-boarding. Together, we have the power to build teams based on our values.

Main Responsibilities

Maintain and manage employee documents, ensuring proper preparation for archiving;
Administer employee benefits, including sharing relevant information with providers and tracking updates in internal systems
Prepare employment documentation for employees in Lithuania (including employment contracts and their changes);
Provide support to the People Operations team with various ongoing tasks

Core Requirements

A strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and People Operations
Knowledge of Lithuanian labor law is an advantage
Previous experience in a similar role is a plius
Fluent English speaking and writing

Salary Range

Gross Salary 1660 - 2320 EUR/Month
